1) Each box can have a mix of authentic vintage and/or modern pre-owned apparel.
2) Because every item is secondhand, we recommend washing all pieces before wear.
3) There’s always a chance of repeats or similar styles due to how we source inventory, but we do our best to include a good variety of brands and graphics in every box.
4) Some pieces may show light signs of wear — such as fraying, fading, pinholes, distressing, or minor paint stains — which add to their authentic character.

Processing Time
Every box is handpicked and personalized, so please allow 5–15 business days or more for processing before shipping.

Shipping Details
Dispatching orders.
We dispatch orders 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
Orders placed before 12pm 'noon' will be dispatched the same day. Any orders after then will be dispatched the next working day.
UK shipping -
Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked - £4.69 (delivered within 2/3 days).
Free UK Shipping - We also offer free UK shipping if your order is over £95 (delivered within 2/3 days).
International Shipping -
Europe
All Orders To Europe Are Sent Fully Tracked 3-7 Days, Price Is Based On The Weight.
Rest of the World
All Orders To ROTW Are Sent Fully Tracked 5-10 Days, Price Is Based On The Weight.
Tracking -
All orders are sent via a tracked service.
You'll receive a tracking ID link in your order confirmation email, use this to follow your orders right to your doorstep.
Returns
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM A RETURN?
There is a 14-day returns or exchange policy, which means you will have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
You are responsible for any charges incurred shipping the item back to us. We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipping.
