Cut from a premium 15.5oz Japanese Selvedge Denim woven on traditional shuttle looms in Japan. While our 21oz Selvedge Jeans were built around heavy slub texture and rugged character, our 15.5oz selvedge takes a more refined approach — featuring a cleaner face, tighter weave, and more uniform surface that highlights the silhouette of the jean itself.
The result is a denim that feels substantial and structured from day one, but with a smoother hand and more classic appearance than our 21oz counterpart. The deep indigo dye and dense weave create a rich, inky finish that will gradually soften and reveal beautiful vintage-inspired fades with wear.
Timeless, structured, and built to age gracefully — this is our interpretation of classic Japanese selvedge denim.
